This hands on course gives you the chance to better understand the different brewing methods available and what better way to try them out before you invest in your own soft brew set up than through this course. Experience being able to develop the sensory skills needed within these methods to truly appreciate the origins flavour notes that are presented in the final cup.
We are hands on for 2 hours focusing on your chosen origin & brewing methods (choose from 2 of the below). We concentrate on grind size, water quality, brew ratio & recipes.
